◆As the reserved vehicle is a special vehicle, it may not be possible to rent it on the day due to damage, malfunction, repairs, natural disasters, or other force majeure.
In such cases, the reservation deposit will be refunded in full, and we will not be held liable for any other damages (cancellation fees for campsite/hotel reservations, boat reservations, etc.) or for any penalty fees.

◆Please note that we cannot rent vehicles to contract holders under the age of 20 or those who have held a driver's license for less than one year at the time of application.

◆This plan includes vehicle compensation called "Economy Compensation Service" (normally 2,200 yen) per day.
This service reduces the amount of vehicle repair costs that customers are responsible for to a fixed "per-accident fee."
