I had a hearty meal at NEKOMA Shokudo, located inside the center house in the northern area of ​​NEKOMA Mountain (formerly NEKOMA Ski Resort) in Kitashiobara Village, Yama District, Fukushima Prefecture, as usual! They have a nice lineup of noodles, rice bowls, curry, etc., but when you come to NEKOMA, there's only one choice! Salted pork cutlet rice bowl with extra rice! Quite a few other customers were ordering it too 😆 The pork cutlet has a crispy coating and is topped with radish sprouts, shredded green onions, and wasabi ✨ The salt sauce is also really tasty... First, I take a bite of rice with the salted pork cutlet. It's delicious as expected 👏 Eating it with the radish sprouts, shredded green onions, and wasabi makes it refreshing and makes me want to eat more. When I've eaten about half, I pour the broth over it and eat it like ochazuke (rice with tea). It really goes well together! I finished it all in no time! Girls' snowboarding trip at Bandaisan Onsen Hotel by Hoshino Resorts 👭✨ I stayed at this hotel while taking part in the women-only jibing competition Uninvited held in early February 🌟 The food was delicious, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hot springs were warm ♨️ And best of all, the convenience of being adjacent to NEKOMA Mountain, where you can ski in and ski out, was fantastic 🥹 It was colder than usual and quite a tough 3 days, but I was able to enjoy it to the fullest because I was able to recharge my energy every day at the hotel ⚡️ This was my second time staying here, following last year, and it was really comfortable, with space to work in peace, and I was once again reminded of how wonderful and comfortable it is 💞 It's a must when you go skiing at NEKOMA Mountain!
