Sake Brewery Classic Obara Sake Brewery
Founded in 1717 in Odatsuki, a nationally designated traditional buildings preservation district, this 300-year-old sake brewery brews "Kunimitsu," a sake brewery that has been passed down through generations, and "Kurasikku," the first sake brewery in Japan that grew up listening to Mozart.
The brewery is open for tours and tastings every day. We also provide brewing water (underground water that has taken 100 years to spring from the perpetually snow-covered Mt. Iide).
