    Purchase procedure

    Select the type of ticket you want, register your user information and photo, and pay by credit card.

    *Payment is only accepted by credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX and affiliated cards).
    *User information and a photo must be registered at the time of purchase.

  3. step 03

    Season ticket exchange

    After purchasing online, you will be issued a season pass exchange QR code. Please present this at the on-site ticket counter and you will be given an IC card-style season pass.

    *Please bring identification when exchanging your voucher.

  • What do I need to bring when exchanging my ticket?
    1. Original identification document (for elementary school students, junior high school students, and adults, a document showing your date of birth; for those aged 19-29, a document showing your date of birth and a photo)
    *Photos and copies are not accepted. Also, online student ID cards are not accepted.
    2. Please bring the QR code issued after purchasing online.
  • Can only the person in question purchase the item?
    You can buy it.
    When you purchase, you will be asked to register your user information. At that time, please register the information and photo of the person who will actually be using the service.
    Payment can be made by credit card other than your own.
  • Can someone other than me redeem the ticket?
    No
    Please make sure to come in person to exchange the ticket.
  • Can I have it reissued if it is lost or damaged?
    It is possible.

    There is a reissue fee of 1,500 yen and an IC card security deposit of 500 yen.

    A 500 yen IC card deposit is required.

  • What is the payment method?

  • I can't pay by credit card.
    If the credit card company determines that payment is not possible, a payment error (authentication failure) may occur, mainly for the following reasons:

  • Preschool children must purchase a season ticket.
    Can you issue it?
    This can only be issued if the parent or guardian has purchased a season pass. The season pass itself is free, but a 500 yen IC card deposit is required.
    Otherwise, a one-day pass will be issued free of charge for each visit (a 500 yen IC card deposit will be required).
  • How do I use it?
    After exchanging your season pass, please go directly to the lift station. There is no need to go through the procedure every time you visit.
  • Can someone other than me use it?
    No
    It is subject to fraudulent use.
