When riding the lift, please make sure your pet is in a cage or bag that covers its entire body. Pets with any part of their body, including their face, exposed will not be allowed to ride.
Walking is permitted only at the bases in front of the South and North Resort Centers, and is on a lead.
If you use the lift, you will not be allowed to take your skis out of their cages or bags and walk around on the slopes after getting off the lift.
Small dogs and medium-sized dogs weighing 20 kg or less may be kept on a lead within both the South and North Areas of the building. However, they are not permitted to enter the restaurants, tenant areas, and other dining and shopping areas.

QPlease tell me what equipment is available for skating.
Skis, snowboards, chair skis, monoskis, telemark skis, fun skis, snowfeets, NICOs, snowscoots, snow skates, etc. are available.
【Important Notes:】
- Your body and equipment are connected with bindings or leashes to prevent falls and slippage.
・Gear must have the ability to turn and stop (e.g. snowboards, sleds, snow racers are not allowed).
・You cannot ride the lift while holding only snowshoes. -
QCan I practice skiing on the snow escalator?
The snow escalator has separate areas for sledding and beginner practice.
You can practice skiing and snowboarding in the practice area. -
QDo preschool children need lift tickets?
Preschool children also need a lift ticket (except when passing through the gate together with a baby carrier, etc.).
The lift ticket is free, but a 500 yen IC card deposit is required (refunded when you return the lift).
Please purchase at the ticket counter. -
QCan I ride the lift while carrying my baby?
You can ride with your baby secured in a baby carrier (carrying your baby on your back is dangerous and not allowed).
Please note that preschool children are also counted towards the capacity, so in the case of a pair lift, a parent and their child in their arms are limited to a total of two people. -
QCan I ride the lift without wearing my skis?
Only the First Chair in the South Area and the Friendly Cat Express in the North Area are allowed to board with boarding boards.
Please also use the snow escalator.
You will not be allowed on the lift without your ski equipment. -
QIs there an additional fee to use the park?
Other than the lift ticket, there are no park fees.
-
QDo I need to wear a helmet?
We recommend wearing a helmet, not just in the park.
Please note that wearing a helmet is mandatory in Global Park.
If you wish to use Global Park, please fill out a consent form at the ticket counter. -
QIs there any way to deal with stains caused by oil dripping from the lift carriage?
For safe operation of the lift, grease is used for maintenance purposes, and on rare occasions, grease may leak.
Please note that our ski resort cannot provide any cleaning services for oil stains.
